What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 04:00 pm (until 10:00 pm)
Check-out until 10:00 am
If you arrive after 08:00 pm, please let us know in advance.
Where can I park my car?
We have free parking at the hotel and in our video-monitored underground car park (height 220cm).
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
In our garage you will find parking spaces with charging facilities. The billing takes place via the room invoice.
Are families with children welcome?
Of course, especially the youngest guests are very welcome. We count many families with children among our regular guests.
What types of meals are offered?
We offer our delicious breakfast with many fresh products from the region. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to add our breakfast.
Is there a gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan breakfast?
On request we also offer lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan products.
Can I bring my dog with me?
On request, we accept the taking of dogs in selected room categories (maximum 1 dog per suite). Dogs may only be brought along after written confirmation by us. We charge 35€ per day (without food). Dogs do not have access to the wellness, garden and swimming pond area.
Is your aparthotel barrier-free?
With us you can also enjoy a carefree holiday in a wheelchair. Our penthouse apartment Edelweiß as well as the public areas of our hotel are wheelchair accessible.
Does the hotel have a spa?
Our wellness area includes three different saunas, relaxation room with panoramic roof terrace and our natural pond in our garden. The use is included in the price.
Are bicycles available for rent?
We rent free bicycles, as well as bicycles for children. E-bikes and helmets can be rented for a fee.
Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
We do not have a restaurant but we offer pizza and Kaiserschmarrn. Nearby there are excellent restaurants - we are happy to help with table reservations.
Are drinks or cocktails offered?
Our small cocktail & drink menu offers the perfect drink for everyone in our hotel lobby - we are happy to serve the drinks in your apartment. Beer, soft drinks and wines are available at any time from our 24-hour fridge.
Can I buy the ski pass at the hotel?
Yes. To save you a long wait at the lift ticket office, the Zillertal Superskipass can be purchased from us at the reception.
What are the cancellation conditions?
- no cancellation fee up to 3 months before arrival
- 40 % of the room price in case of cancellation up to one month before arrival
- and 70 % of the room price in case of cancellation up to one week before arrival
- and 90 % of the room price in case of cancellation up to one day before arrival
- and 100 % of the room price in case of late cancellation and in case of no-show
