General cancellation fees

No cancellation fee up to 3 months before arrival

and 40 % of the room rate if cancelled up to one month before arrival

and 70 % of the room rate if cancelled up to one week before arrival

and 90 % of the room rate if cancelled up to one day before arrival

and 100 % of the room rate if cancelled later, no-show and early departure

In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we must charge all guests the mandatory cancellation fees. We ask for your understanding as this represents a significant loss of business for us. To avoid any cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
