Do you provide childcare at the hotel?

We deliberately do not offer childcare in the hotel - because we believe that the first holiday together as a family is particularly precious. However, during your winter holiday you can take advantage of our professional and loving childcare service right in the Hochzillertal ski area. So you can enjoy a few hours of downtime while your little ones are well looked after.

When is the best time for a baby holiday in Tirol?

The best time to go on holiday with a baby is in spring or autumn. Temperatures are mild, nature is at its most beautiful - and the valley is quieter than during the holiday season. So you can relax and enjoy your time together in the fresh mountain air.

How far is the nearest spa or swimming pool?

Not far at all - the nearest thermal spa is just one kilometre from us! And best of all, there's a brand new, spacious baby and children's area with plenty of room to splash, play and feel good. Perfect for a quick getaway - even when the weather isn't so great.

Is it possible to do laundry at the hotel?

Yes, you can have your laundry done at the hotel, but it is not self-service and there is an extra charge. We will be happy to do it for you and make sure everything comes back clean and fresh.
